Energize! is a one-week leadership program for women working in the energy sector. We aim to equip to thrive through & lead the transformation of the industry in Africa.

This Leadership Program has 3 objectives:

1. to develop a personal & business narrative to face the specific challenges one encounters;

2. to create awareness of gender bias and the ability to respond to & deal with it effectively;

3. to learn how to build trust, to inspire innovation & to empower others.

Energize! can be offered as a stand-alone program with individuals or as an in- house company program for organisations operating in the energy industry
